Tranquiliza 360: An Immersive Vr–ai Ecosystem For Cognitive, Emotional, and Motor Rehabilitation

Mental health and neurorehabilitation represent critical global challenges, with millions of individuals requiring continuous, effective, and personalized therapeutic interventions. For dealing with such diseases, Virtual Reality (VR) have shown promising results helping either patients as caregivers producing scenarios that matches a particular condition. In this work, we present Tranquiliza 360, an integrated ecosystem combining immersive virtual reality (VR), physiological monitoring, and generative artificial intelligence (AI) neurofeedback, and multi-modal data analytics to support cognitive, emotional, and motor rehabilitation across heterogeneous populations.

Unlike isolated VR-based applications, Tranquiliza 360 is conceived as a modular and longitudinal platform that integrates therapeutic content delivery, multimodal data collection, and automated documentation within a unified clinical workflow. The proposed framework includes adaptive session management, real-time behavioral and physiological monitoring, and a clinician-oriented dashboard for longitudinal analysis. We describe the system architecture, core modules, and representative deployment scenarios across clinical and educational contexts, including post-stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease support, mindfulness-based stress reduction for students, and functional training for older adults.
