A Gamified Platform Based On Communities of Practice For The Construction Industry

This study presents a platform developed as an educational innovation artifact aimed at creating a Digital Community of Practice (D-CoP) for engineers and architects in the construction sector. Adopting Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, describes the process of designing, developing, and validating the platform, whose purpose is to promote collaborative learning, professional engagement, and the dissemination of knowledge in civil construction. The results indicate that the platform significantly contributes to strengthening training practices and fostering integration between academia and industry, positioning itself as an innovative ecosystem for continuous learning and digital transformation within the context of the Brazilian construction sector.
