Proposal of Performance Indicators For The Ipower Project Management Platform of Bosch Car Multimedia: A Case Study
This paper proposes a system of key performance indicators (KPIs) applicable to the iPower project management platform of Bosch Car Multimedia. The study falls within the context of industrial project management, characterized by high technical complexity and the need for digital tools that allow for objective and in-tegrated performance monitoring. The main objective is to identify and propose a set of KPIs tailored to the reality of Bosch Car Multimedia, to optimize control and decision-making in industrialization projects. The methodology follows a pragmatic approach based on a single case study, using documentary and func-tional analysis of the platform. The proposed KPI system is structured in seven performance areas — time, cost, risk, quality, resources, communication, and production line readiness — represented by a traffic light-type visual model. It is concluded that the integration of KPIs into iPower can strengthen the maturity of project management, promoting the standardization of practices, strategic align-ment, and continuous improvement
